Bot setting and how to avoid action block?

Recently, i was so sad about my bot porformance.
Anyone can tell me what is the suitablt setting of the ig bot?
I set the action per hour to 5, daily limit to 25, but still get action blocked.
Besides, can i set the follow and unfollow action at the same day? like follow 25 and unfollow 25at the same day? Or should i separate them into two different days?
How to avoid action block?
Do i have to re warm them start all over again?

If you are using a proxy it's probably bad. If not, don't run more than 3 accounts from your home IP.
Don't start botting with new accounts right away, let them rest for a week or two before you start.

Eh you can bot ,but don't follow more than 2 people daily and set the time super far apart like 10 to 60 mins, the first week or two. The way i see this, it would look better in the long run,since you are using the same exact mobile device with the same style of scrolling and clicking.
