Bot Programmer needed 2000$ budget

Hello I need a bot programmer for a new social media app. This app is similar to Instagram.

You'll be starting from scratch as I said the app is new. You should be able to get the api request and post format. I do have a bot for the same app and different functions. But my current programmer can't figure out how to UPLOAD A POST, MYDAY and Profile picture.

All I want and need is for these functions.

1. Multi-threading. Bot can run 20-40 accounts at a time.
2. Upload a post, the accounts will be able to post and to delete a post.
3. Upload a myday, the accounts will be able to post and to delete myday.
3. Upload a profile picture.
4. Change password.
