BOT or scraper needed for whitepages (U.S. residential)

We currently have staff working manually but I am getting to the point I need to automate some of this and as such I am looking for a bot or scraper that can pull grab me U.S. residential numbers, addresses etc. must be able to do at least 20,000 per day ideally would like to do 100,000+ for different area codes so I can create different lists.
