Bot Needed - Research

Hi All:

Need a bot to pull data from state websites listing folks who have been charged with a crime and/or have had a lawsuit filed against them. other providers in the marketplace but they charge monthly plans.
Current providers include: aurabyte.com and casepipeline.com

ex. search maryland judiciary case search and click on first link for court webstie

bot would pull first, last name, case number, charges (lawsuit type), address, zipcode, state by county.

If workable I would like to expand the bot to others states as well.

I am not sure what something like this would cost. Requesting all information. Thank you.

the bot/program should be accessible through the web and allow unlimited users at a time. I am thinking of making this a freemium etc.
