I am in need of a reliable web based bot for liking the posts of the followers of specific targeted accounts. No f/u or commenting or any other functions, liking posts ONLY. I own a mac and travel and do not wish to pay seperately for vpn service so I am interested in web based only, like Instagress. I want to run this for a single personal account. I have seen a few recommendations for services like Jarvee but $20/month is too much when i only need to use one function (liking) on one account. Recommendations, please!

I don't think you can find a bot that is as useful as Jarvee with that budget. However, I agree, you can use a custom bot. You can explore the marketplace. You might find what you are looking for there.

It's not as straightforward as you think it is, "only liking" implies that the bot still needs to handle pauses (to not be considered a bot), to find (or give him) sources, to filter the useless / useful users.
The liking is the endgoal action, and to arrive to it there're a lot of obstacles.
I would suggest you purchase Jarvee.
