Bot for sharing videos?

About a year ago I used to use tube toolbox to share videos, and it was really successful, I had like 30 accounts, and a single account would share a video to 5 people at a time, and it would rotate around the accounts. Is it still possible to use a bot to share videos like this? And what bot could I use? Preferably cheap or free.
