what does this even mean, a little more explanation please?
for example, it is a tool to comment on youtube with different accounts+proxy....you will get real traffic.

how about a bot that hits a social site (e.g. instagram) randomly selects a random number of posts ( on a random number of times per day) and likes. when you have it done. I will be your alpha tester.

Aren't bots are for automation purposes? Getting traffic via bots would not convert much. you can use bots only for automating the work.
And you can also create bot traffic, but wont effect much. So better, create a software which real people can use, and you can convert them to traffic to your site.
