i dont know the bots but if you want likes on comment you could buy those kind of services too. its just about the link, if you put the right link you will get likes to that comment too

Post Elon nope. Anything, even if you like/retweet manually can and WILL be flagged as "suspicious behavior happening to your account". This has been the case for millions of accounts this week.
