do you think its better to buy an account with followers and video views already? because i think those are high risk of being recovered since you didn't originally create those accounts?

This would be a wiser move, yes; although they can easily be recovered by the original owner if they report the account as hacked down the line. I mean, that's the risk. Just buy from legit sellers and I'm sure such sellers can be found on the Marketplace
