Bot developer for ad revenue optimization

Hey, I'm looking for an experienced developer who will create a bot that will simulate human CTV activity to automate ad revenue.

The bot needs to create calls to my adserver, simulate real apps and real apps activity, get an ad as a response 'display the ad' and continue. It involves fingerprints, vps, and more anti IVT tools.

A simple python script won't cut it, it has to be extremely difficult to detect.

Big budget and future revenue share.
