This is how a Middleman works. We choose a mod of this forum. I pay him the money. He informs you and you send out the stuff. I receive it and I check it out. If its original I keep it and inform the MM to pay you. If they are fakes and not the original stuff then I send the stuff back to you along with the tracking number to u and inform MM also about that. I get my money back from the MM.
OR ELSE
there is one more way
If any moderator of the senior level gets this headset for free and he checks it and vouches for u and approves u then I am ready to go ahead with my sales for more then 100 pcs with u.

I would need the payment first. This is the exact reason I have PayPal as the payment method. If it's not original and if I don't refund myself, open a dispute and you got your money back. Simple as that.

I happened to speak with Bose on a call and they just told that they only provide warranty purchased from them and not from any third party person And infact they have sued many big companies against selling their stuff. So if a third party person sells the stuff then they are not responsible for replacing the thing from that buyer. It should be the original buyer to ask for replacement who purchased the stuff from them actually. So let me know what can we do in this kinda scenario if I have to sell yr products in the international market in the world. Also they would require a genuine receipt from them of purchasing. If they check it and found to be suspicious then they take the necessary action. So for that reason no one can get the products from BOSE so easily and so China has come up with many of the fake ones which they already know about it and the necessary action for them are already in talks which the executive on the call mentioned to me.

Alright. Thanks for the info. I will talk to my supplier right now about this issue. I will end this thread right now if I get any sign of suspicion.
Like I said, I only want to deal with authentics and if they are not, I will take necessary action.
I honestly will only sell the headphones if I get a confirmation that they are legal to do so.
