And I download it and use as B-roll in a 3 minutes video, with an AI Avatar or free use pexels footage

It's risky? Yes

But, first somebody has to see my content (that for my disgrace, is not to much people)

Then has to identify it as his content

And then open a claim for something that for its length is into fair use policies
