Keep trying, my friend, everything will be alright, there's still plenty of good news ahead.

I feel you, man. Burnout is real, especially when you don't see immediate results for your hard work. When I feel like this, I usually take a complete break for a day or two—no screens, just resting. It helps to clear the mind before jumping back in. Don't push yourself too hard, health comes first!

Been there. This usually isn’t laziness, it’s burnout. When you put in effort for a long time and see no results, motivation dies. What helps is stepping back without guilt, then returning with small, achievable tasks instead of big goals. Also worth asking if you’re working on the right things or just staying busy. Motivation follows progress, not the other way around.

I completely understand how you're feeling, faizulqadir. It's normal to feel burned out when the workload is high and the results are slow to come. I'd like to add that besides taking breaks, setting small, achievable goals can also help regain momentum and interest in work. What kind of work have you been doing lately, is it a new project or an ongoing one? Sometimes, a change in perspective or a fresh approach can make a big difference in staying motivated. Have you considered delegating tasks or seeking help from others to share the workload and reduce stress?

Sometimes, for me just changing the environment I work from improves things significantly

And yeah, the obvious one if you can afford to do it, is to take some time completely off from work and spend it with people.
Maybe visit a friend or family

I get it, burnout hits when you work a lot but see little results. Take a short break, do one small task, or change your approach. Often, motivation comes after you start, not before.

Try to work on something at least 30min each day, and try not to have too many days with zero work or it will become a bad habit. Try starting a new project that is something more exciting to get drive going again. Above all, never give up and keep trying!

Healthy habits help focus and burnout.
- Workout/lift
- Eat well
- Community and collaboration (accountability partners)

Take a break for a few days, you will comeback with a fresh mind.
