Not really a fan of this kind of tools since this is frowned upon and buying likes is prohibited in instagram however I've heard that these tools really work. They say powerlikes paired with right hashtags are the right way to be viral.

Seems like a self promotion, but I will go through the problems of these services.
First of all, Fuelgram.com is about 100x cheaper for the same service. 400 likes for 2 accounts. They have specific groups (50k + etc..) 19.95$/month for 3 accounts.
Second, the accounts giving the power likes must be in the same niche, must not be giving likes to hundreds of accounts and the accounts must be active. In this case, this service is vastly over priced and there is no way to see if all 600 likes are worth the price without being entirely tedious.
You are much better off just finding accounts of similar size in your niche and asking if they would be interested in a small DM group. you can judge engagement, and see if their accounts are compatible with your own account. If they are compatible you will be much better off. If you are not, you will basically gain no followers.
If they are liking hundreds of photos, suddenly they loose their authority to Instagram. Instagram tends to rank photos liked by higher following accounts better. If this higher follower account is liking 700 photos a day, they are suddenly like everyone else and not an authority in the eyes of IG.
TLDR; Think of it as a power transfer, the more accounts its spread across, the weaker it gets. Also, way over priced.

Holy crap, you guys are strange lol. I can't ask about a "new" service without it being labelled self-promotion? How else am I meant to know what it's like? Answer the question or at least seek to add value. Or do some good research before you assume.

In response to what you've said, if you join a DM group, the likes won't come in quickly will they as you have to wait for people to like the content, right? But with auto power likes they will come in very quickly as they're automatic? I've always thought that the algorithm favours likes that come in quickly, or in a short period at least.
I have looked at FuelGram and IGEvolve (you see my latest post asking if people can vouch for it to know this is a real post lol) - however after some reading up, it's hard to know if it can be trusted.

Within my DM group the likes come in pretty quickly, as there are only 20 accounts or so, but each with 100K followers who are active. I would say most people hit it within a small period of time, maybe 15 minutes. Instagram seems to look at your likes received in the first few minutes versus the likes over the course of an hour. I saw a case study where someone ranked a post in hashtags without any followers and being the wrong hashtags using bought likes just by manipulating the ratio of likes in timing.
Fuelgram is fairly trustworthy, I've used their groups for a couple of months, just doesn't fit my growth strategy right now. I might look into their 100k+ group eventually.
