Boosting my views

Hey guys, I think I am in troubles with youtube...

I have copied a video related to my niche and I have edited it with sony vegas to watermark it with my link, I uploaded it to youtube and I boosted the views comments and subscriptions on my new channel with u2bviews. Now I am at 30-40 subscribers, 50 likes and 301 visits. My doubt is that I have the visits frozen because youtube is Investigating that if them are legal or not, I don't know if they will catch me or not but for the future, how can I avoid this?

Yeah that may be the reason, do not overload your video with too many fake views and subscribers

And how I can get a quick rank on youtube to see my video in the first page of results of youtube?
