Boosting Local GMB

I need info about some things for GMB if anyone of you guys know:

1. GEO TAGGING PICTURES?
I watch some tutorials and read about it, and i know that common tagging is from maps but when i got longitude and latitude of GMB they don't match exactly.
How can i get exact coordinates?
Is geo tagging for pictures good idea?

2.LOCAL DIRECTORIES?
Is there good software for finding directories and submitting to it?
And what if my country doesn't have more then a few local directories, do i submit info to global directories instead?

3. BOOSTING LOCAL DIRECTORIES PAGE WITH LINKS?
Is it good idea to boost local directories page on witch is your info with tier links, and does that get any impact on GMB ranking?
What method and type of links will be good for it?

Enter the exact name you use in GMB in their search , you will get the correct lat and long

So that will be exact match? And what about long. and lat. in url of GMB, why is that showing different location?

Anyone about geo tagging and directories? Guys?

I simply use Google Maps to get the correct Lat. Long. I make sure the pinpoint is correctly placed first of course. Avoid global directories it will hurt your local presence. You can manually check competition citations by searching their NAP. You can use tools such as Bright Local, WhiteSpark, Places Scout and more if you don't want to manually check for them. If there aren't very many directories create articles etc.. a citation is merely a mention of NAP.
