Boosting a webiste in Japanese language(which dont understand)

Hello there, recently i builded a store with idea to sell something in Japan, its been a month that i almost dont get any traffic.
How can I grow it?
What if I buy backlinks from here, if they are not from Japan going to be ok?

For SEO, if you get backlinks from Japan - thats really great. However, if you get backlinks from other domains like .com / .net / .co.uk - that will not harm but directly or indirectly help with improving backlinks profile (links diversification) and google ranking.
