I'm trying to understand your comment better, you're trying to rank videos better or boosting a existing videos rank? and if you're talking about viewing retention Your provider should have a small description such as "real human" "high retention" I personally use youtube exchange sites because you can customize the retention and it's being viewed by a real person as opposed to a bot.
