I was very fortunate to receive a free review copy. The OP stated the free review copy would contain the following:
Forum backlinks — 5
Tier 2 backlinks — 5
Profile backlinks — 5

I'm happy to say I received more links than that. There were 2 reports:
One is an Excel report with 3 tabs listing the above listed 3 x 5 links. In that list there are no duplicate domains.
The other report is a live links report in clickable PDF format. That live links report had 20 links direct to my money site (MS). It contained a few duplicate domains, but many of the domains are high authority.

WHAT I GOT
The forum posts consist of a question asked about something related to my product/niche with a couple topical responses. One of the responses contains a link to my MS. The links are topical and niche relevant. They are well written in English with some grammatical errors. They appear natural and not AI.

The forum profiles are nicely filled and look natural as well.

The Tier 2 links were similar to the forum links with questions asked and answered, with answers including a link to Tier 1.

OVERALL IMPRESSION
This service is expensive, but it's not nearly as spammy as MANY other services. The topics and sites appear to be well researched, and the work looks to be manually executed. The top level of at least one site's forum contained many SEO related threads, so that's not great, but most sites looked solid. The work itself is very well researched and written. It does appear that the service provides the questions and answers from their own accounts since the questions and answers have the same date. It's much too early to see any rank increase, but I will say that I have no concerns pointing these links directly to my MS. If this service were less expensive, I would give a 10/10 but based on price 8/10. This is one of few BHW services I would recommend.
