Hey guys,

I'm finishing editing a template and I want to put it live but I think it's a bit slow.
Using a WP theme from TF, it have really nice features. However, all the changes I made in the theme panel, via dashboard, created an infinity css code that appears on the source file. I don't know if this causes the slow loading but can you help me and tell me how to paste that code in a css file and call for it in the header section?

I'm really newbie with this. All I know (html/css, js, php) is from trying, cleaning, trying again, and google.

Another question: what should I do to boost the speed?
Any manual action I should do? Do you recommend any plugin?

If you need, website is: paaash .pt

Thanks a lot.

u can contact expert and ask faster speed ! Maybe you will pay a little more after that.

Switch to a better host who runs on SSD, that should help you fixing a lot of your issue with regards to website being slow.

Using a CDN like Cloudflare will decrease the page load time. You can also use tools like Pingdom's Website Speed Test as a good place to start. It will show you which resources are taking the longest to load. Lastly, depending on the site's content you might looking using a WP plugin like WP Super Cache.

My friend g0g0l wrote a great guide over here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...14-guide-make-your-web-pages-load-faster.html

If you really don't know what you're doing, there are two plugins you can try:
Either: https://wordpress.org/plugins/speed-booster-pack/
Or: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

The first one has less chance of breaking your site.

You can check your speed score over here, if you want to diagnose the slowness: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights

I've tried hyper cache, with the basic settings and
it was running smooth and speed was extra awesome.
