Boost facebook post in groups

Hi guys,
a small question.
How is it possible in a huge private group to boost someone's post with the same hashtag of many others, without sponsoring it?
I saw many differences between two similar posts, with same hashtags. It is not a matter of being old/new member, editor or admin. Is there really an algorythm or an option to select for group admins?

huh I thought hashtags in FB don't really help? Ask before this like last years or so . A lot members claim don't really help put hashtag on fb post. No doubt people still put .
 
I think, the problem is not about hashtags (beouse those particular hashtags were required by admins) so:

Private group of 15.000 members
Admins say to use #hashtag1 and #hashtag2 (posting in the same day in morning)

User A post with #hashtag1 #hashtag2 and text content
User B post with #hashtag1 #hashtag2 and text content
User C post with #hashtag1 #hashtag2 and text content

Then, other members during all the day go to research all the post with #hashtag1 o or #hashtag2

BUT ONLY THE USER B post is visible!


We did some test to see this result! (different members from different locations)

hmm interesting, I never use hashtag post in group.
 
In this specific group is just for a group internal use, because on monday people post jobs opportunity in specific areas of competence like: #webmaster #smm #seo ecc
