Boost a landing page?

Hey guys!

Im kinda new to all this. Both web designing and BlackHat.


So, i have this fake beta website. Its a one page website with a logo and a "insert email here" box.

How do i promote a website like that? I've been doing some posting on youtube + likeing the comment with other accounts. Today i got 25 emails in the database. NOT enough.

Whats your recommendations? I have bought 100 youtube accounts but have not received them yet.

My budget is ~50$

Its a game. GTA 5 to be specific.

Im planning to send an survey when i get enough emails.

Im promoting the website? There are no beta keys. Faking the whole thing so they will do my survey later. Havent found a good CPA yet thou.
