does anyone know how i can make this work ? my dedicated is a windows 2003 server but whenever i click the .exe file it doesnt happen anything

Maybe you're using user account with not enough privileges? Or maybe you cannot host exe apps on your server, only asp.net websites? ...better ask your hosting company

Intense.. I found the problem.. you have to disable DEP (Data Execution Prevention) on your server. Then Bookmarkwiz runs fine.
