What does mean by SERP? I am not quite sure about it. But i think it is a very necessary tool to use.

If you use this service alone, you wouldn't have success. Bookmarks haven't a high authority so you'll get punished soon. Save the money and buy GSA Search Engine Ranker. Meatime it support some first WEB2.0 and with all the other platform you'll get a much better diversity.
