Bookmarking with BookmarkingDemon

Hi friends,

I'm new to the SEO industry and i recently purchased few tools for my SEO work. one tool i bought was BookmarkingDemon. I am bit helpless with this tool cos their help files and tutorial vids are not so good.

I bookmarked few pages with this tool few days back using one email account (30 successful). Now am wondering what next?

Should i run the same book mark process again using the same email account (creating new accounts will sites) or i just have to run the Bookmark command again with the same account i did previously?

Also how often should i bookmark a url?
Is there a point in me bookmarking the same url once again with the same account?

Check out their user guide, they've got videos too that explains it. It's really easy to use, you just need to read the instructions

bookmarkdemon is so so ... seldom use that.
