are bookmarking sites have good value for orm? are they only so that we'll control the search results for specific client?

It depends on your goal. If it's a site that allows anyone to post a page and comments like Reddit, it can be dangerous. I call those types of sites "potential negatives". All it takes is someone to post something and you now have another problem.

It depends on you how you use it.
If you're a professional then, it is very effective for ORM. You must have to try bookmark sites.

It solely depends on the experience and expertise you hold in ORM. For the sake of trying, you might go for bookmarking. Not a bad option though.

Get lot's of FB, Twitter and other social accounts and start posting with them, soon Google will pick up the posts and you can control any comments.
