I got a license for this software, I wanted to ask if there are any guides on how to use it.
Also, does this software worth anything in terms of SEO or it's just a waste of time?

You can find a lot of helpful tutorials on Youtube regarding BMD.
And yes this software is still useful for lower tier backlinks.

You might as well spend your time picking your nose as use bookmarking software to get anywhere with Google in 2015.

Used bookmarking demon 3 years back on that time its worked fine, now its updated or still that version, I don't know. But try GSA or Social Bookmarking Software by monsterseo which is working awesome now days.
