Bookmarking Demon?

Don't post with the same ip address, you'll get banned.
And don't post to all 80 sites - google may lower your rankings, do it slowly, 5-10 bookmarks per site, wait a week or two, add more etc.
What do you guys think about the above comment about bookmarks worth declining, and that's it's mostly good for indexing??
I was going to purchase BMD5 to complete my ************** of SEO tools because I hate manually doing it or paying for it.
So, the question is, does it even matter if the social bookmark has high PR behind it? I don't think that will stop me since I build high PR backlinks in other ways and I don't think it's much of an issue anyways.
I would imagine there's more to a social bookmark's worth than the PR, for example the site's trustrank, and who knows how else GOogle weighs in social bookmarks...

I have been using Bookmarking Demon, I said it's a good piece of software, it takes out a lot of manual work, but few things to keep in mind.
1) More often than not, you will get banned by social bookmarking sites. that's why you gotta use private proxy which costs money.
2) the success rate for the default list of BMD submissing for me is about 50%, so out of 118 sites they offered, every links I submitted, only 50-60 are successful.
3) i have added over 1000 pligg and others like it. only 25% of those sites are successful, I have added decapcher capabilities, and each submission costs money.
so far I say the software works okay.

I have bought and used bookmarking demon and its a must-have! I love it. Gets me more spiders to look at my sites which is what I want and get good backlinks

I have a few bans, but not that many. Mix in general news stuff along with your own sites. If you keep Digging or Redditt (ing) or whatever your own sites exclusively, you will get that account banned. I bookmark only one third my own sites, two thirds general news sites (CNN, Microsoft, Youtube vid or whatever - something where they are so big already that they aren't really gaining anything by you marking them)
With scraped proxies this is true. Before you know it, scraped proxies are on banned lists, or (more often) are just too darn slow and time out before the account is sorted or the submission made. With 10+ full speed private proxies the process reaches about 80-90% success. Having a fixed proxy per accouunt, and only using each account once a day is good. So ten proxies, post to all sites 10x a day.
You can then use the scraped proxies to just blast with. See what sticks. It's a bonus
This is where this and say Magic Submitter RULE. Use scrapebox to find thousands of sites with the footprint you are after (I think pligg is something like "Share and enjoy links and tags" or something like that) Anyway, you can then add tens of thousands of sites to your rotation.
My MS setup now has over 4,500 forums in 11 categories, So many blogs that I can't post to them in one night no matter how fast I set it (many thousands) RSS sites (9000 from a list on this forum) Video Sites (over 120) Press release sites (100+) and finally small ad sites. It works so well I'm back in the Ewhoring business with over 250 small ad sites.
I don't touch Craigslist! Lets face it with ghosting and deleting, account closing and counter spamming by CL staff, it really is a fecking waste of time unless you set up with hundreds of dollars of kit and are prepared to keep investing over and over again. My way is virtualy free. It's just something my tools do when I can't think of anything to write to promote my main sites.

(I owe it all to Diamond Dave the owner of BHW - whose book in this subject got me started some years ago - if you find it - get it, the basic stuff still works a treat)
Anyway - BMD and MS ... All in all these two combined can make you so many links you'll shit yourself.
But NOT straight out of the box. Spend a week/fortnight learning how to make these into UBER linkmakers and add thousands of sites to them.
'Course, if you do it wrong, you'll get sandboxed pretty darn quick!
Software that lets you adapt and grow is the best out there. Stuff that confines you to set methods or a few spammy sites to link from is not the way forward. I'm talking to you SENuke!

Which proxy provider do you use ?
I too have about 50% submission rate.
1. Has anyone noticed decaptcher costs $4 per 1000 , I thought it was half that ?
2. Do I really need a proxy, I've bought the software but don't really have enough for private proxies on top of this.
3. Re. Bans, what if I submit one of my sites every day to each site, thats only about 50 submissions per day, without a proxy. Would I get banned? I already got banned today, I think because I used scraped public proxies - won't be doing that again. I think it's actually safer to just use your one IP if you're not spamming, than public proxies.

You won't get banned, your account will just be deleted, just don't spam more than once a day, and if you want to download BookMarkingDemon you will have to download it! You can't use the program unless you have the random password they will give you to use the software.
