Bookmarking Demon URL Registration list

I still don't understand how to import a list of urls that have been exported using the "Export registration URLs" function, and that have this format:

"YOURPLIGG-R1","hxxp://mmm.bizcrown.com/register.php"

I can't copy those using "Add social Web Site" since it requires to enter a list of lines beginning with "hxxp://" and requires to choose the captcha type.

I can't use "BMD3 Import" (why isn't there a "BMD4 Import" by the way?), because it only allows to select XML files and only seems to work for Scuttle and Scuttle Plus sites.

I really don't get it. Should I manually modify "default.accounts.bmd"? But then, what is the purpose of the "Export registration URLs" function?

does anyone have an idea of the best way to search for sites usable with BMD? I've been at it for a month now and have a list of around 3000+ but I feel like I would get better results if I had at least twice that

I came across this foot print here. i think you can use in in scrapebox or any any similar software. I don't even have as must list as you do. but i plan on scraping with Scrapebox
