I am looking for a bookmarking software that will allow me to load a large list of URL's to bookmark. Can BMD do this?

Yes. You can load as many links as you want with it. And even choose to bookmark 1,2,3, 7,10 etc links per bookmarking site.

How is the success rate of BMD?

I'm interested on this software, too. Does it constantly updated?

It's updated but no-where as often as it should be. Be prepared to spend some money on CAPTCHAs as well; I use BMD but it should only be viewed as a small part of your SEO efforts.
