Bookmarking Demon & ProxyBonanza

I'm rather new to Bookmarking Demon and I am having some trouble setting things up.

I have already purchased CAPTCHA bypass, but I am now looking to get the proxy switching working.

I purchased shared proxies from ProxyBonanza, went to Bookmarking Demon settings, pasted in the list of proxies and click 'start proxy server health check' - I am getting a 'connection error' across all proxies.

ANy thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

Did you enter the username and password in the proxy string? I think BMD uses the fairly standard iport:u format for proxies like those.

EDIT: string should look like:
IP : port : user : pwd

without the spaces (spaces added to avoid the smilies - I'm not in that great a mood, actually

Hi I am new to bookmarking demon, I get the format it needs the proxy's in my question is where do I get these proxy's from in this format. can you please suggest a few sites I can get this from that are not going to wast me time and money?
