Bookmarking Demon......I am NOT Impressed!

Account Creation: Only 95/106 successful, I can deal with that
Bookmarking: 27/95??? Wtf? And this is with 1-2 RSS feeds being posted for each bookmark

Its also lacking the support of the biggest and most trusted social bookmarking sites: digg,diigo,spurl,sphinn,scoopit,folkd,favoriten,mixx,myfavs....

I don't know, I was so excited when I purchased it, but now I think I might return it...Anybody else have any similiar experiences?

it's ok, but i agree, it's not what it is to be. I'm gona code my own to those social sites thy don't support.
 
You might want to try bookmarkgeneration "Howie Schaertz tool"
or Traffic Android
 
I had a similar experience with BMD. It never seemed to live up to it's billing and I returned it for a refund.

I now use Onlywire...not as many submission sites, but all the big ones and it's cheap.
 
I returned it as well. Not impressed with the true amount of inlinks I was getting, to be honest...basically, I had none, even though I used the program.
 
BMD is a lousy bookmarking tool, wonder why so many people fall for this
 
I started to go through each site that's listed on the default list and see which ones work. Then I realized most of them aren't working and just said "screw it!" It seemed to have more success a few month ago.

Anyone weed out the good ones yet? I guess I'll have to look at onlywire.
 
I had a similar bad experience with bookmarking demon. I will try onlywire as it looks inexpensive. Any honest reviews about bookmarkgeneration?
 
Bought it a few months ago and thought it sucked. Got my money back ASAP. BMD is not all cracked up to what most think.
 
Onlywire works for me. You can either pay $25 a year or you can just add their widget to your site. I have like 3 diff accounts, added the widget to each site, so I pay nada. The other good thing is that onlywire has a plugin for wordpress. you can automatically bookmark all your stuff. Onlywire is awesomeness.
 
I've only used BMD and I've had pretty good success with BMD 4. I really like the new ping feature. I noticed that when I tweaked my time between submissions, I had a lot better success.

Is it just lack of major sites or are there some other features that its missing that make the other programs better? I'm always looking to try new software.
 
BMD kicks ass guys. I've been using it for over a year now and it works great. I don't know what you guys are doing wrong or what you expect but it works for me. You are probably trying to rank for "credit cards" with bmd LMAO!!

Guys, use it to rank for longtails that are easy buy pay $. Use it to get you blogfarms indexed. Don't expect your links to get counted all at once unless you are working google trends or something.

It amazes me that someone would buy this software and return it "ASAP" as one member put it above. How the hell are you going to suss out whether or not BMD is working for you in a day or two? Look, if you know what you are doing then you'd realize bmd is a kick ass piece of software.
 
c'mon, its not worth the money - big let down
 
I actually have a cracked version and I rarely use it because there are better options out there for the the CPU useage. The only exception is that I took a long weekend and drove to cali last month and I queued up a bunch of MFA and aff sites and let them get posted, of course if I didn't have a huge scuttle list I wouldn't have bothered with that even.

A couple of points. Not to be demeaning but I'm going to assume you're clicking the activation links in your emails after creating the accounts? Creating is half of it, verifying is the other half. Also, although it says only 27 bookmarks, I bet you have a lot more than that. Go back and manually check a couple of the ones it said were unsuccessful. Just log in and check and you're probably going to have actually successfully bookmarked. Sometimes it just doesn't register as a success.

I agree it's definitely not automagic but once you've got a decent list of sites and a fair number of accounts created at each one, it just becomes a numbers game. The more sites you have and the more accounts you have at each site, the more pages you can bookmark...more often.

I don't envy anyone trying to create a program chasing the bookmarking "phase" moving target. They typically start great and end a slow and painful death. All in all, it's not perfect but it's been worth the money.
 
The new update allows you to export your the bookmarking registration urls without the username password info...anyone care to share?
 
bunch of noobs, i got hundreds of backlinks. BMD 5 will be a big upgrade also. You NEED to verify accounts, and get a solid list of around 500 pligg+scuttles
 
I use BDM4 a lot and it works great if you know how to use it, you need to compile your own list of sites en you will definitely see results.

Can't wait for version 5
