Bookmarking Demon Help please

The first time I do an account creation everything works fine I get 86 success and 16 fail which is fine with me I wasn't expecting 100%. But I realize I had type the wrong email address stupid me. SO I change the email the the right one and do a recreation, but this time i get 80fail and only a few success and most of it is decaptcher retry limit exceeded.

Can anyone tell me why that happens?

Note: I don't use a proxy since it's only 1 account I'm planning to use proxy in the future but I'm still trying to learn the ins and outs of the program first.

It simply means Decaptcher is having some issues right now. It's not your fault.

Wait for a few more hours and try it again.
