Bookmarking Demon (Bulk Bookmarking)

Hey guys!

I bought BMD last week. I went out and scraped over 1000 PLIGG & Bookmarking websites. My question is this... I'm trying to bookmark 20-50 web 2.0 links at once. I uploaded the links using "my web pages" this gave me around 10k bookmarks. I then went to the "bookmarking" tab and hit "start" It then asks me to fill in each category for each bookmark. This would take me a year to do manually! What is the best option here?

All they have is "I want to use the first available category from bookmarking site"

Is this a good idea?
