Bookmarking backlinks

I know that a lot of people is going to tell me im a noob, and yes, im still learning, and I used the search tool, but it only says like bookmark your backlinks, but what i dont get is how?
I mean, i just make a random article full of backlinks and bookmark it to digg? I just don't get it, im so dumb lol

Write an article and post it on your blog/site/ezine. Build backlinks that points to that article. Submit the urls of your backlinks to diigo, digg, mixx, mister-woong and so on.

yeah, i mean in my site i have like 4k backlinks, but i should have like 7k, so i want to get indexed the ones that are not appearing, thats why
because i always ping my backlinks because i don't understand what you people say about bookmarking to diigo and stuff, because if i bookmark all the urls of the backlinks, isnt that obvious that im spamming or so ever?

well i guess people is not getting what im trying to say.
What im trying to say is that, do you just make a post with all the backlinks and submit it to bookmark sites like digg or diigo?
If thats the case, isnt this flagged as spam? I mean a post full of urls doesn't seen that good to me, thats why im asking.

What I think you should consider is the fact that by having 2,3,4 links coming from the same post will not guarantee they'll all be counted. Few Reasons:

-All links are going to the same URL;
-All links are going to the same Domain;

I don't see problem with getting the backilinks counted, the point is if they go to the "same place," the search engines are more like to NOT count them all as "live link."

Also, the variety of bookmarking sites is important. I had a few hundred backlinks in Technorati (shown) but only a few dozens counted as a link. In the beginning was OK to have 100's of backlinks pointing to the same URL or domain, but now, due to the IP registration made by the sites because of spamming they will see (search engines) they are coming from the same IP address (BM site) and will not count them as "valid" backlink.

My words are based on my OWN experience. That's my two cents!

Well with bookmarking you should have a different post for every backlink. At least, that is how I do it. It may take longer but this way works great for me.

You get one backlink per bookmarking site and there are about 400 of them with PR.

If you try to submit an other article with a bunch of your links in it, you will just get banned for spam so don't.

you have to create account and then just add your post their, just give your post's url and fill other requires fields and save your link.
