Bookmark not being tier.

Since when the community is aware that in your tier link building chain if you put bookmark or comment in your tier chain you break it ? (as it's not considered as a tier but as link to funnel pr to the tier he point to.)

In the middle of the chain there is/are buffer site/web 2.0s.
