Booking or Scheduling Plugin for WordPress Suggestion Needed

I need a WP plugin for scheduling/booking for an offline business.
Something where the user can choose the service, extra-add-ons if needed, choose the date and time for booking (with an option for me to restrict some), and an optional feature to collect payment.

There are so many, I waned to ask if someone has experience with a specific plugin.

Anyone know what booking plugin would be best (paid is fine) for a yacht charter company. We want private boat owners to change their availability for booking with their own login credentials, but not seeing the other boat owners availability.
