Booking forms broken. Need developer.

I have 3 taxi sites. Luckytaxicab.com reveretaxicab.com reverecab.com none of the feedback/booking forms are working. Looking to pay $10 a site to fix them. Also have another 10 to 15 taxi domains I need developes. Most would be a clone of existing site with logos and words changed. Looking to pay $40 a site for that.

which plugin you are using for the booking ?

Tried adding you over gtalk but couldn't find you there.
