I'm experiencing a very annoying issue with booking.com support.
They suddenly stopped issuing credit slips and paying me my commissions. Their affiliate support is a ticket system where you should wait 10-20 days before anyone pleases to answer you. First they answered me that they were experiencing some technical difficulties. I'm not paid for two months. My second ticket is still with no answer after 15 days of waiting. And there is no any sign that they will pay for the current, third month.
Their affiliate program is very profitable for me. But the support is awful. I called some phones, but they told me that there is no phone support for the affiliates, only a ticket system.
Anyone with the same problem?
