BolehVPN vs BTGuardVPN vs TorGuardVPN

Hey I was Recently looking at getting a good VPN, I've been using this website as a reference http://torrentfreak.com/vpn-services-that-take-your-anonymity-seriously-2013-edition-130302/

I am looking for a non-US VPN that keeps no logs and was looking for some opinions on the three, and which ones you like and would recommend.

I did some research on anonymity and log keeping and from what i gathered these seems to be the Big 3, if not the only 3 that you want to look into.

I was originally going to go with BTGuard but heard some bad things about there speed and support.

Torguard I heard some things about leaks and it not working properly.

BolehVPN I havn't heard much about but its been positive, anyone using BolehVPN atm? They are located in Malaysia and keep no logs, its 10$/month and I've heard the speeds are pretty good to.

are you looking for a shared VPN or a VPN with a dedicated IP, cause every provider you have listed have shared ips ...

I know, I'm talking shared IPs here, real anonymity, if you have a dedicated, everything is linked automatically back to you, so dedicated IP's are never a good idea.

Im leaning towards Boleh so far.

Update:

Ive been using BolehVPN the past month and i must say that it is good.

Lots of IPs, IPs are fast, and its a lightweight program, i do recommend Boleh to those looking for a fast VPN that keeps no logs.
