Fuck supplements if you know how to eat. Waste of money
I know that's not what you asked about, I just don't use anything else than protein shakes anymore.
About that picture --> Bulk like a maniac and then run a cutting program.
personally i use to only take whey. what you have also remember when you see fitness model's like that there are a number of factor's they are taking to get their bodies to look like that. A. roids , some of the top fitness male models you see with crazy physiques are on roids plain and simple. It has been a known factor, B. Eating : Working out is important but its what you eat that give's you that "Super Star " body. You need to properly measure calories carb's proteins, fats ( YES FATS good one) vegatables etc. C. Cardio most model's who do fitness shoots do extreme cardio to main that physcial looks by going into sauna's to sweat out the water weight. In the end to maintain that type of physique it will have to be a lifestyle, that you have to take seriously. Also creatine is good it helps with recovery but Creatine is what i call water weight. meaning you will have to drink a ton of water to maintain the physique which creatine will have you on, and your cardio has to be small, but once your off the creatine you will shrink incredibly
