Everybody, don't go to the Exitsplash.com website, it has a malware exploit on it. Just a heads up. Don't think the OP knows about it probably.
Question:
If I make a lot of posts per day /for example 500/, isn't it better to write not MONTLY, but DAILY or even HOURLY in the sitemap?

Does anxiety attacks /panic attacks belong to Pharmacy or Health?
What happens if I don't find websites that are freshly updated and competitors don't have much backlinks >1000 ?
Should i choose another niche?

Pharmacy would be more like drugs, cialis, viagra, penis englargement, etc.

I wouldn't go by how many keywords are in the domain.
I'd go by how many EXACT monthly searches it gets, and if it's less than 30,000 then I don't bother personally.
5 keywords should be good.
