Looks to be a custom theme. I think I saw the source somewhere but it's far from it now.

You might as well pick and magazine theme and modify it.

For future reference I recommend using builtwith.com for questions like these.

The theme seems to be something from WooThemes, but as tilberius said, it seems to be highly modified.
