BMXRider Scammed me

Listen, bottom line - When it comes to articles, I don't pay up front period. Never have, never will.

BMXRider may have a legitimate beef, saying he supplied a fair article, then again, on the other side they may have a beef they didn't get quality.

Easy to stop this problem. - Don't pay up front. There will be no threads about shitty writers, there will be no useless "bitchfests", why?

If they write, you like it, you pay, everyones happy. If they write, you don't like, they rewrite it, or they don't get paid.

This is the buyers fault for falling for "pay first". Lesson learned, don't pay up front.

Hi i saw this topic and thought a long time to post here a message or not.But i also feal scammed by BMXRider. He sold me last week 1 million german emails which are all checked and valid as he said.As i asked for the price he told me 10$.I really was wondered because of that VERY CHEAP price cause everyone knows how expensiv good emails are.I said myself ok give it a try cause i checked BMXRider at this board and he looked ok.I sent to him 10 bucks and get the emails. As i checked the emails of validity i saw that at least 9/10 of these emails were invalid.
I asked him to check the emails too and he told me he have 10/11 valid ones.
After this respond i already knew it have no sence to go on dealing with this guy cause he
will tell me all time that its fault on my site :) .
I also didnt made a dispute.Fuck the 10 bucks its not worth my time.
The only thing i did is that i checked on google BMXRider before he respond to me and found 2 very interresting stuff.
1.A board for young people/programers i think calling him a scammer cause he called himself a big hacker

You need to use the cache of google cause he get banned and they deleted the important stuff.

Thanks Administrator, he was compromising the integrity of the forum, are there any plans for an escrow function on the site?

No, no plan to setup an escrow service. If we did that we'd spend 95% of our time sorting through chargeback claims instead of doing admin work around here.

If you guys want to use an escrow service, check out escrow.com

Or setup & use the escrow features at other freelance websites, such as getafrelancer.com

After I handed out a review copy, you were fully aware of the quality and did reply stating it was good enough for you. Several other reviews were also posted before your order and yet to did not cancel the order before payment was sent. Therefore, no refund will be given, but you may open up a Paypal Dispute if you wish like 3 others had and you may also fail, like the 3 others have.

You just shot yourself in the foot BMX when you said you have had 3 others try to get money back. You just gave a really negative testimonial about yourself, WOW by your own admission so now four people unhappy with your work. Where there is smoke there is fire I will not be giving any work to BMXRider. Given the name I am thinking BMX may be a kid but again in fairness to both parties I think this makes members of this forum a negative rap generally. And many of the posts are not about noobs but established members.

Guys try to resolve these issues out of the spotlight it will hurt you both if I was writing articles I would not want to do work for you in case I was next one outed here and I would not buy articles as be worried they are crap.

Hope you guys sort it out.

I had BMX try and sell me 1,000,000 real youtube views for $1,000. He said he had bought a 10k lifetime position in an advertising network and had x amount of credits each month to use up with banner advertising etc. Anyhow not believing his beautiful sales pitch I turned him down and haven't heard from him since.

It's good to see the mods taking the time to look out for everyone.

Thanks guys,

Ash

$1K for 1M views??? That's a bit excessive and would more than likely get an account banned + all that advertising stuff is bullshit, he would have put TubeAutomator or similar onto it.
