Hey do not do business with BMXRider, I bought what were described "High Quality Unique Articles"? which turned out to be incomprehensible gobbledygook and gibberish.

I bought a maillist from him before and I was satisfied with the transaction. Did you talk to him about this?

I have tried everything with him, here was his last response to me.

"After I handed out a review copy, you were fully aware of the quality and did reply stating it was good enough for you. Several other reviews were also posted before your order and yet to did not cancel the order before payment was sent. Therefore, no refund will be given, but you may open up a Paypal Dispute if you wish like 3 others had and you may also fail, like the 3 others have. "

Another one of them 'scammer scammer quick' threads..... and again written by a noob.....

i think this virus is catching on

Hey guys stop with the BS, he contacted the seller with no success of resolution, whether or not he contacted the staff prior to this thread it is indeed warranted, that's exactly what this section's for, to report inconvenience and scams, not always scams but shitty business too, thus The Shit List. The only virus is this growing culture of misinformation, he's in the right section. If not for this type of situations, how else shall this section be occupied? On another note, hopefully this can be resolved, and because of this report members can apply discernment and if the claims are true of the OP, can save themselves a shitty business deal. It's not like we all have to act as judges, for it be annoying, since it doesn't require our attention at all, we have the power to skip and ignore threads and situations.

I will openly tell him this again to make it clear. I have kindly made some proposals for him to settle this through private mail, yet he continues this on the forum for post inflation and also, he has spammed several topics on the matter to further increase his post count.

In addition, if he was unhappy, he would have opened a Paypal Dispute by now. However, I have not yet received any notice of this. Thus, you were fully aware of the quality and you did infact post that it was good enough for you.

Thanks madinaz that's enough for me!

In addition, constantly mailing me without a point or at least polite request isn't very much appreciated. In the meantime, I will be mailing you with your options from here and your post inflation posts and spam has been reported.

Addition in edit: Also, this deal was commenced and dealt with over a week ago. If he was unhappy, he should have come straight to me and I would do the exact same here to help you resolve the matter together - peacefully.

BMXRider you clearly run a sloppy outfit as I have raised a dispute with paypal, and as you have pointed out to me it failed. So let's resolve this issue and refund me please.

You have not yet opened a Paypal dispute. You may have entered the wrong address. If you need to know, it is [email protected]

You can contact me if you need more information on the payment.

Can anyone that has a dispute please contact the seller first to try and reach a resolution and if necessary contact the mods to save this forum filling up with posts that say that people scammed then.

I agree, it is annoying to have these threads once every few hours.

We should remove this section from the main page so the topics here don't show up, but still keep the section. This should stop spamming and people who aren't involved from seeing them unless they want to add to the case which they would be involved in.

I dont think these threads should allowed to be started unless the accused has talked it over with the admins and mods, and then let them decide if it should be made public.

I dont care what anyone says, theres always two sides of the story. People get to quick to accuse now-a-days

While you all may think this is not warranted I saw some of his articles, lucky I saw them before I ordered. It was pretty false advertising, you call them high quality unique articles when they look worse than something translated english>spanish>french>german>english. I would've asked for a refund too...

Feeling the heat? Well, not really. You haven't even started a Paypal dispute yet as you mentioned above, plus you got my city right, but wrong address :).

I gotta say that i don't think this is any of our business. Surely this is between the BMX and his customers.

I don't know why people have to come on this board to try and discredit people. If BHW admins want to get involved with this then surely they should mediate between customer and supplier.

Its all too easy to cast aspirtions at a supplier and then people will think well its not a good idea to do business with that guy. And in many cases - that guy is a stand up guy, but the customer has taken it too far.

I would hate to lose my business, because some guy went around telling everybody my service is shit and they were really making it all up.

Its best that people deal with these issues between themself.

And in any case, if i purchased something and it was crap, i'd say well that was my fault for buying shit. If i saw them in the street though i'd want to give them a smack anyways.

Keep this offline.

My 0.2c

Really? None of anyone's business?

So, if you wanted a product that was said to be GREAT, but in reality SUCKED, wouldn't you want someone to tell you before you bought it?

This was between BMX and his customers, until he messed up. Now, it involves all of his future customers.
