BMD question

Since a lot of the social bookmarking website are "no follow", it doesn't actually give you any link juice whether you do it manually or automatically using BMD. My question is if BMD has "********" sites that it will post to?

BMD supports many bookmarking platforms. Identify which one is do-follow by default and find a common footprint to harvest those sites.
