I want to ask that do we need proxies for BMD ?

I mean, if we create bookmarks from the same account, still we will need proxies

Also, can I use VPN instead of proxies for BMD ?

always use proxies, especially for the main bookmarking sites comes with it, those sites will ban accs.

Buying proxies every month is a headache, can I use VPN instead ? like Hide My Ass ?

Maybe you can use VPN with no pr bookmarking sites.

If you are using 1 single account on each site for bookmarking, then you don't have to use Proxies .

If you Bookmark with same account no need to use proxies. But if you are bmrking more sites it is safe to use more account with proxies pee each.
