For most, the sweet spot is 3–7 days of light, compliant spend before going heavy.
Day 1–2: Run safe traffic or engagement ads to neutral pages, no aggressive CTAs.
Day 3–5: Gradually increase budget 20–30%, still on white-hat offers.
Day 6–7: Start blending in your pre-launch test creatives.
Some skip this entirely by renting aged/warmed BMs — avoids the “trust build” period and reduces flag risk right out of the gate.
