Now Meta scans the “system” and not the “niche” anymore.
New BMs, not warm, not verified carefully, are easy to get stuck.
To be safe, you have to cultivate trust from personal account + page + payment in the same system, not just looking at clean content.

Yeah a lot of people are seeing the same thing lately Meta’s system has been flagging even clean ad accounts seems like they tightened their automation again best approach right now is to keep everything verified warm up slowly and avoid creating or linking too many assets at once using aged or business verified accounts tends to be more stable.

my scanned BMs are all rented from agencies and have been fully warmed up. What kind of account should I rent now to be able to run stable ads?

you can try personal account
bm still gets scanned regularly, because fb scans, not because of the type of ads on it

facebook is scanning a lot of BMs even if they are not used yet there are 2 tips for you
don't appeal yet, after a while you can try to appeal later
you can try to switch to personal accounts, but warm them up before using
 
Even my inactive BM got flagged, Facebook has really been bad lately.
 
I've seen a lot of BMs being scanned lately, even clean or unused BMs,
they can be scanned because of your IP, your affiliate content (which could be a page, or payment method connected to the BM) or your partner history and pixels connected.
I've seen a lot of people recently adding friends and interacting organically with their profile to warm up for a few days, then creating a BM from the warmed profile after a few weeks, and limiting adding too many assets at once, which can limit the BMs from being scanned constantly.

when facebook conducts storms, it will scan BMs, not just BMs running blackhat products, the important thing is that the quality of the BM must be strong to be able to overcome the storm.
 
Bulk creation backfires slow and steady verification builds trust faster than mass setups.
 
I am also facing the same situation. Many unused BMs are scanned and disabled without any appeal. I think Fb is using the tactic "better to scan by mistake than to miss"
 
Yeah, it’s happening to a lot of people lately. Facebook’s getting stricter, so it’s hard to say which accounts are totally safe now.

Please verify your BM for more credibility before using it.
 
Yeah, it’s pretty common now. Meta’s system is more cautious lately. Using older, verified accounts with steady activity is usually more stable.
 
Similar situations have been happening a lot recently, even clean, inactive BMs have been swept. I often advise my clients to maintain the stability of their accounts by using verified information and reliable payment methods, soaking the account for 2-3 days before running a campaign
 
Have you tried resetting your device and cache? It's possible that Meta has misread your IP and it's best to reset everything and try again
 
Facebook storms will happen frequently without warning, it is important that you always prepare a careful backup plan (with a backup account) to avoid being passive when the storm comes.
