In the case where a BM has already verified the business but its ad account is still restricted due to policy violations, what is the quickest recovery process that also preserves the spending history and access to assets?

If BM has verified but the account is restricted, you should submit a complaint directly from the restricted account. Contact support via BM using the main admin account, using a clean IP and device. If it fails to open, create a new ad account on BM, reattach the old pixel, page, domain to keep the history.
Do not delete the old account and avoid submitting complaints too many times in a row.
 
I usually just submit an appeal and wait for a response, but this method hasn’t been very effective. Does anyone have a better approach?
 
Best way is to appeal in Account Quality with matching docs, that’s how you keep spend history and assets. Don’t rush to make a new account
 
If BM is verified but restricted, submit an appeal from that account using the main admin on a clean IP/device. If it can’t be reopened, create a new ad account inside the same BM and reattach your pixel, page, and domain to keep history. Don’t delete the old one, and avoid sending too many appeals back-to-back.
 
I’ve seen this happen quite often. Even when the business is verified, Meta sometimes keeps restrictions on ad accounts due to policy triggers.

You need to have complete and verifiable documentation, this can help speed up the review process.

Verified bm does not mean that the ad account will not be restricted, they just help your ad account to be healthier

That used to have good enough success rate like 5 years ago, but nowadays it's not too good.
 
a verified BM can still face restrictions if the system detects something related to ads or policy compliance.

Depending on the severity of the violation, the advertising account may be restored or permanently banned.
 
Check the notification from Facebook to understand the specific reason for the account restriction. Review the ads that have been run to determine if there are any violations. If so, remove or modify the content.

I am also experiencing the same situation as you; currently, the appeal is not allowed.

At the moment, it is impossible to resist because the Meta is in the process of being swept
 
You complain to Meta support and check the notice about the camp being severely violated, please remove that camp.

Is there currently any way to avoid it while Meta is in the middle of a crackdown?
